Noelle Pollington
Noelle has always had a passion for the creative arts, inspired by trips as a child to the Manchester Art Gallery and the Tate Modern in London, this was the world she wanted to surround herself with. Following her foundation course in Art & Design she studied a degree in Visual Communication in Birmingham. This course was a practical and hands on introduction to the commercial world of design. As part of her degree show she won a place in the D&AD (British Design & Art Direction) 1998 Annual in London. This then led to 4 years in East London as assistant photographer at a busy photography and design studio.
Following this, Noelle travelled to Australia with Jon, where amongst other adventures they set up a fine art prints company - which became the start of their working relationship, evolving into 'Jones the Graphics'.
Using her eye for composition and colour to achieve a desired style, feel or emotion, Noelle has worked on many freelance photography, design projects, logo's, illustration and branding projects.
She loves nature, adores her 2 boys, and devotedly drags the whole family across mountains and down to the sea for 'fresh air'! Occasionally going for a dip too, Noelle also enjoys printmaking and painting - you can find her exhibits at The Gallery Yr Oriel in Newport.

Jon Jones
Jon has always been a 'hands on - get things moving' kind of a guy. Following his studies in art & design at Pembrokeshire college he took a placement at a graphic design and print company in Cardigan and subsequently took over the running of the business.
Following this, he worked in London, Australia and Devon developing his design and web development skills. In 2005 he moved back to Pembrokeshire with Noelle and set up 'Jones the Graphics' delivering freelance design and web services across the county.
He's worked with a cross section of businesses and is often the 'go to' person when something needs to be explained clearly and simply. No technical jargon here. Jon's years of experience began at the dawn of social media and he has followed its progression to the influential place it has on business today. He worked with a national holiday company for over 10 years promoting them across social media channels, and maintaining their search engine optimisation (SEO) rankings using best practices web coding and a little 'Jones the Graphics' magic. Possibly a little bit too much magic - the holiday company being sold off to a multinational holiday company!
Born in Newport, Pembrokeshire - he has a real connection to the place and the landscape. You'll find him walking the hills, or digging out the mountain bike for a send around the Preseli Hills or Llys-y-Fran, and he's a bit of a buff on place names and vintage maps too.

As a husband and wife team, our perspectives do not always align - but we use this diversity of thought to blend together our technical and creative skills - thus bringing fresh ideas and innovative strategies to the table.
Time Out
As a way of expressing our own interests, we produce fine art prints inspired by the Pembrokeshire coast, and also own and manage the NewportPembs website.
We are based in Dinas Cross, Pembrokeshire.
